At tmd, all projects are overseen by a nominated director and the vast majority are director led, providing advantages for both the client in terms of quality and the practice in terms of staff training and development.
The practice has its roots in private sector commercial property including office, retail and industrial premises. We also have a highly successful specialist education and research facility team whose clients include Oxford University, Boston University British Programmes, Rose Bruford College, the University for the Creative Arts and the University of London.
We have particular expertise in dealing with listed buildings. We have, amongst others, refurbished the Grosvenor (Mayfair) Estate’s only non ecclesiastical Grade I listed building and worked on the Ashmolean Museum for the Oxford University. We have also refurbished many Grade II* and Grade II listed buildings for a range of public and private sector clients.
tmd is ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 accredited and is a member firm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
