Work and clients
Nick is involved in both new build and refurbishment projects, undertaking Project Management, Contract Administration and Lead Designer roles. Projects range in size from £50,000 to £3 million and include specialist installations. Nick has also been involved in strategic space planning exercises as part of larger multi-million pound developments.
He has had experience in the commercial, residential and university sectors. Nick is experienced in professional building surveying roles including party walls, dilapidations, and condition and defects surveys.

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Proudest professional moment
Being project manager and lead designer for a world leading child related Cognitive Research Laboratory, overcoming the highly specialised installation requirements. The project will be used as a benchmark development on an international stage.
Interests outside work
Ocean sailing, marathon kayaking, triathlon, windsurfing, rowing, trekking and surfing. Endurance sports
and anything else out doors, except bowls.
