Work and clients
David specialises in refurbishment and fit out projects, undertaking the Project Management and Contract Administration role. Projects sizes range from a few thousand pounds to £13.5 million on commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties. He is also experienced in the professional side of Building Surveying such as pre-acquisition surveys and dilapidations amongst others. David's client base ranges from small property developers to pension funds and international trading companies.

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Proudest professional moment
Completion of a particularly fast track project on time to move a large trading company into their new premises, despite a few curve balls thrown.

Interests outside work
Most sports — particularly golf (represented his County in his youth but now only talks a good game). David is a member of Bishop's Stortford Golf Club. Family life (3 young energetic children).
