Work and clients
Robert specialises in the 'professional' aspects of building surveying for tmd. He deals primarily with building condition surveys, defects analysis, dilapidations, party wall matters and boundary disputes. He is also frequently instructed to monitor developments under construction on behalf of funding bodies, investors and end users. He has considerable experience in litigation, mediation and arbitration of property related disputes. Robert's experience spans over 30 years and all sectors of the property market including shopping centres, mixed use and leisure schemes, warehousing and distribution facilities, the education sector, offices and residential premises. His clients range from FTSE 100 companies, pension funds and banks to individual personal investors and home owners.

Interests outside work
My principal interest has to be my family. Other than this, I enjoy fly-fishing and skiing. I also do a little DIY, I find it makes me appreciate the skills of the people I spend a large part of my professional life criticising!
