Robert's primary specialism is in building refurbishment and conversion. Robert has over 18 years experience in this type of work and has a wealth of experience on a very broad range of projects, working for investment institutes, private developers and fund managers as well as some public sector bodies.
Robert is also experienced in the professional side of Building Surveying, undertaking acquisition surveys, advising on dilapidations matters, building defects and preparing feasibility reports.

Proudest professional moment
The fast track refurbishment of a prestigious property in London's West End which was completed to the tightest of programmes and brought in under budget. The design and detailing were strongly commended by our client.
Interests outside work
Some sailing and scuba diving, pretentiously wandering around art galleries, singing whilst professional sportsmen chase a ball around.
