Simon's experience extends over many sectors of the property market, including shopping centres, office and leisure schemes, warehousing and production facilities, and residential developments.

Proudest professional moment
After joining tmd and qualifying, probably the work I have done to help regenerate buildings at Lingfield Point Darlington, culminating in the National BCO Award in 2009 for Regenerated Work space.
Interests outside work
Keeping fit, travel, good food and wine and transport by a variety of modes!
