The practice has its roots in private sector commercial property including office, retail and industrial premises.

tmd also have a highly successful specialist education and research facility team whose clients include Oxford University, Boston University British Programmes, Rose Bruford College, the University of Creative Arts and Birkbeck College, University of London.

We have particular expertise in dealing with Listed buildings. We have, amongst others, refurbished the Grosvenor (Mayfair) Estate's only none ecclesiastical Grade I listed building and worked on The Ashmolean Museum for Oxford University. We have also refurbished many Grade II* and Grade II buildings for a range of public and private sector clients.
