The building comprised a 40,000ft² office building which had been stripped back to a structural shell by a previous owner.
The works included a full external refurbishment package, including creating a large, high quality new reception within the original external service yard. Internally a full Cat A and B refurbishment/fit out scheme was undertaken, including major structural works to form lift shafts and replacement of all services.
