In recent years we have completed a three phase refurbishment of a 1970’s office building with a total contract sum of £11.5 million, the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed office building in Mayfair for £5.5 million and numerous other office refurbishments up to about £3 million.

In addition to design, specification and contract administration we are accustomed to acting as independent project managers.

We have provided project management to our clients for the design and construction of numerous large scale developments, including a new Call Centre within the old Rothmans Cigarette Factory in Darlington, mixed developments for MEPC in Luton and Wood Green, providing cinema, restaurant and other leisure facilities and new build and refurbishment schemes to commercial buildings to the value of £10-£15m.

In respect of Dilapidations we negotiate and act for both landlord and tenants for claims both large and small. We are currently dealing with claims ranging from £3,000 to £9m.

We act for building owners and adjoining owners in respect of party wall matters. We have dedicated staff who specialise in this area of work.

We regularly undertake structural surveys, building inspections and due diligence reports. In the recent past these have ranged from single residential units to large multi-let retail and leisure schemes and landmark commercial buildings.
