TMD Building Consultancy Ltd were appointed as Project Managers / Lead consultants for the refurbishment and major alterations of the retail and office building.

Avi Nissani occupied part of the retail space but purchased the freehold of the building in order to occupy the whole ground and lower ground floors.

TMD were involved from the outset, assisting the lawyers to demonstrate the client’s intent to redevelop the building and gain vacant possession. TMD then worked closely with the chosen Californian Interior designer and full professional team to prepare construction drawings, specifications and such like. The client eventually elected to undertake the works direct with a contractor.
