This project involved a fast track refurbishment of a Grade II* Listed building for occupation by a commercial investment business.
Works included the complete refurbishment of the basement to third floor offices, with the first phase of works completed and handed over in just five weeks (one week ahead of programme). tmd acted as project manager, contract administrator and quantity surveyor.
