TMD project managed the refurbishment of an 80,000ft2 warehouse at Lingfield Point, Darlington to provide fully serviced office accommodation for the Student Loans Company.

The landlord base build and tenant fit out works were undertaken concurrently and the project therefore required high levels of coordination and the management of a large team of consultants and contractors. The total project budget was in the region of £7 million.

The scheme won the national British Council of Offices Refurbished / Recycled Workplace award for 2009 and regional BCO and RICS awards.
