TMD were appointed as Project Managers, Contract Administrators and CDM Principal Designer for the amalgamation and complete remodelling of two adjoining apartments within a modern and prestigious riverside apartment block in central London.

This high specification project was completed on time and within budget whilst overcoming the challenges presented by the confines of a logistically difficult apartment block with associated working restrictions.
